My family and I moved here to Maryland from Long Island, N.Y. in 1989. After living here for 21 years we still can't say enough great things about Southern Maryland. 

We have many good friends and every year we meet new ones that enrich our lives. Many are boaters like ourselves who visit during the summer time and dock at one of the 9 local marinas, some have even decided to buy a 2nd home here on or near the water so they can retire here.

One of the biggest attractions in southern Calvert County is Solomons Island. Spending a day or night on the island is like being on vacation at a Resort. The Solomons Pier Restaurant offers outside dining at tables on the Patuxent River or have a seat at the bar and eat or enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the beautiful views. Janel and Katie serve up the best drinks and always with a smile...be sure to try their specialty drink called Orange Crush!!  Solomons Island offers a variety of other restaurants as well as unique shopping and boardwalk with panoramic views of the Patuxent River. The Calvert Marine Museum also located on the Island features exhibits in: Maritime History, Paleontology, Estuarine Biology, and the very entertaining Sea Otters. Enjoy and a wonderful boat tour of the Island aboard the Tennison on the Chesapeake Bay and Patuxent River. The Calvert Museum also holds waterside concerts, featuring groups such as The Beach Boys, Crosby, Stills and Nash and Edwin McCain just to name a few. You and your family can take a walk or ride a bike down a lovely wooded path through the public sculpture garden at nearby Annmarie Garden. Southern Maryland has beautiful parks and many other places you can explore.

Before moving here I worked at Metropolitan Life Insurance for 7 yrs then an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for 8 yrs. Prior to joining the CENTURY 21 Team I worked with a large medical practice here in Calvert County for 13 years. I am personable and enjoy helping people and  have found that being a Realtor provides me the opportunity to help both buyers and sellers accompolish their goals. I am professional with extremely high ethics. My willingness to learn has kept me current on Maryland Law, fundamentals of real Estate Technology, Trends, Internet-based marketing and contact management systems.

I am an Independent Associate with Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc and Identity Theft Shield and a Pre-Paid Legal Small Business Plan Associate. I am a board member of the Solomons Business Association, Membership Chairperson at the Solomons Island Yacht Club, Member of the Newcomers and Neighbors Club of Southern Maryland, and volunteer at Asbury Solomons Assisted Living.
